Commercial Underwriting Education

I've been given the go ahead to be trained as an underwrier. However, I have no finance background and have been working on the ops side of banking for 4 years. They have been giving me underwriting tasks that I have been completing, but no training to go with it. I am looking for resources that will help me gain a good foundation. Is the educaiton I nwould recieve from the ABA Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending worth, or are there better options? submitted by /u/Spiritual_Size_9997 to r/Banking [link] [comments]
