Transfer Pending I20 Received from Masters Program within 60 day period after Undegrad Opt end. Does this stop the 60 day grace period clock?

Received transfer pending i20. Few items to fill such as contact info, enrolling in classes that start much later but my question is does this I20 stop the being within the grace period clock?
