Affordable Universities abroad

I want to study btech data science abroad. I would like to have some affordable options laid out. I got around 83% in 10th and 77% in 12th, didn’t gave jee. Not given ielts, toefl, sat,etc will be giving sat in November 2026. I got 95 in class 12th English. Have a certificate of completion of course”introduction to data science” from iit madras (it was an online course). Also it should be a safe country as I am 18yr old female.
