Germany vs. Finland for a Master's in 3D Viz & Motion Design (2027): Is grinding German worth the massive market, or is targeting a Finnish scholarship/fast PR a better play?

Hey everyone, I’m at a major crossroads planning my master's for September 2027 and could really use some unvarnished advice from folks who have studied, worked, or settled in Europe in the creative/3D/VFX/motion design space. Quick Background: Credentials: Bachelor's in Computer Arts (CGPA: 3.67 / 4.0). Experience: 3+ years working in 3D visualisation (Blender, D5 Render, SketchUp), spatial/exhibition stand design, brand systems, and motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). Goal: Pursue a master's, secure a solid industry role, and build a path toward permanent residency/citizenship while supporting myself. I'm currently torn between two very different European pathways: Option A: Germany 🇩🇪 The Pitch: Public universities are tuition-free, and it's Europe’s largest economy with a massive industrial, CGI, ArchViz, and agency market. The Catch: I have to commit heavily to learning German (B1–C1) to actually land a full-time job. Also, university credit matching can be notoriously rigid, and the administrative bureaucracy is slow.
