Parents have “borrowed” over 15k from me. What do I do

Some context, I am a 20 year old college student, turning 21 in February and my mom has been “borrowing money” since I’ve gotten a job. It’s just frustrating because I save and do everything right but my financially incompetent mother will take everything eventually so I honestly just feel so hopeless about my future and finances. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even count anymore, all I know it’s over 15k. I should have like over 20k of savings to my name right now but all I have is under 2k. The one time I tried to tell her that this isn’t sustainable she blew up on me. I feel stuck because I don’t want to confront them in fear of them just never paying me back from anger. But also if I never say anything I’ll continue to be a cash cow? Idk. I’m getting to a breaking point because it’s almost every other day she takes money. My mom is a nurse and my dad has been retired at 40 since 2016. It’s so frustrating because I feel like I’m the one who is picking up the slack while all my dad does is watch YouTube all day and “work” on his project cars. He hasn’t had a job for 10 years.
