I'm 40yrs old and don't have an Roth and only about 45k in 401k.

What's my immediate next move? 7% of my check goes directly into 401k. We use Paycom, Fidelity and Empower through my work but I have no idea where to start and how to set it up? Any advice would be great. submitted by /u/Powerful_Parsnip9678 to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
