Feeling immense regret/guilt after two days into London study abroad

I originally came to London for study abroad from because I wanted to go to an English speaking country and attend a prestigious university. Now after a few days here I’m realizing that I don’t care about prestigious, I just want to have a fun experience. I regret not picking different programs. I could’ve gone for things like “food and history in Italy” or “science po Paris”. I thought London would be different but in a bit let down. I swore up and down that I wanted to go to London and nothing would change my mind so I’m a bit embarrassed to ask any loved ones for support. I visited Paris yesterday and thought it was so much prettier and that was the actual experience I was looking for of being away from home in a new country. I think London is too familiar because it’s English speaking. My program doesn’t start until the 26th haven’t so I’m wondering if I should try to make an extreme drastic change and contact my program advisor about going somewhere else or try to just stick it out here. I only arrived yesterday and was sick so I didn’t get to go out and the next day I went to Paris so I haven’t yet explored London. Before I left someone told me “why would you pick London it’s…
