Job Change with Green Card

For anyone else who got their employment based green card in the past 12-18 months are you having issues changing your job? When I went from being on visa to a green card while the pressure of visas, and visa extension / renewals has ended (thankfully!) the economy being as it is has made it extremely hard to change jobs. My current job is relatively good, but I think I overestimated how many doors would open after getting GC. This may be an issue only in my field of work. Anyone else going through this?
