30 years old, have been living with parents all my life. Can I afford to move out to an apartment?

Student loans are all paid off Currently have $45k in the bank A 1 bedroom apartment I'm looking at is $1045 per month with a $1045 deposit My last two paychecks were $1254 and $1229 take-home pay, as in after taxes and deductions. I'm paid twice a month I currently WFH but I'll obviously need a car for groceries and work meetings. I have no experience with buying a car and the thought is pretty scary right now, but it will need to be done. I am discussing moving out with my sibling into a 2 bedroom apartment, which will obviously make things easier, but I'd like to know if it's possible for me to live on my own first submitted by /u/moosehoward to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
