Can I afford to buy a house

i make 30k a year, and i am looking at a 60k house. Would that be feasible? It's a small 2-bedroom trailer home. I'm a single 21-year-old woman with no kids. I don't plan on ever marrying or having kids, so I would plan on living here the rest of my life. I currently don't pay rent and can save up money for a down payment in the next couple of months. I feel like this is cheaper than renting. I work two jobs and get paid weekly, around 600. So around 2400 a month. I'm not paying off a car or rent. The only things I really pay for are food, gas, and my pets. submitted by /u/Unique-Macaroon4749 to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
