Case Approved

I-140 EB2-NIW was approved in March 2023 Then I-485 was denied because I went out of status due to my Lawyers error and I also admitted that I did unauthorized work. Got married to my fiancé who is a USC and we filed the I-130 in Oct 2025 and I-485 on Jan 2 Had interview on June 1st 2026 I-130 was approved on June 5th 2026 Due to being from a banned country, FO already told me the I -485!would be delayed. continued to check and there was a silent update on July 12, 2026 No update until today September 16th when I-485 was approved and I got a mail Glory to God!
