I am LPR and I have applied for my husband on 03/22/2024 still waiting. Radio silence. He is current on the bulletin Visa.
I need some help, I am a legal permanent resident. I have applied for my husband back on March 2024, the Visa bulletin for his country become current 4 months ago and we are still waiting for an approval. I though that when you become current they will approved the I130 how long it actually takes after becoming current ? It has been 2 years and 6 months already.
