USPS lost my OPT CARD in transit. Now no one is helping

Its critial situation for me I initially filed opt on march 7th premium activated on July 24 got approved on August 24 . USPS card lost in transit on Sept1st no response till sept 10 TH . Raised request in USPS and confirmed that they lost my package with OPT card. I have no idea what and how to proceed. DSO not lifting calls submitted by /u/vijay_vijju to r/f1visa [link] [comments]
