Received I90 receipt notice. NEVER FILED FOR IT

For context, I-130 got approved. I-485 on case status online says it was denied but I haven’t received the denial notice in the mail and im not able to add the case to myuscis account. Notice dates 9/06. Received it today. I tried to put the receipt number into case status and it wouldn’t let me. My lawyer has no idea what this could be.
