FY2027 H1B Cap / Initial COS - Late June Receipt Date Timeline Tracker (Regular Processing)

Hey everyone, I'm trying to gauge where USCIS currently is with processing regular (non-premium) FY2027 H-1B Cap / Initial Change of Status (COS) petitions filed late in the season. My details: Petition Type: Initial H-1B / Change of Status (H4 to H1B) Processing: Regular Processing Service Center: Texas Receipt Notice Date: June 25, 2026 Status: Case is Processing Has anyone who filed around mid-to-late June under regular processing received an approval, RFE, or status update recently? I know typical regular processing runs anywhere from 2 to 4 months, but with October 1st fast approaching, I’d love to hear if late-June batches are starting to clear or if most approvals being processed right now are still from May / early June submissions. If you filed around this time, could you share your timeline? Receipt Date: Service Center: Status / Approval Date: Thanks in advance, and good luck to everyone still waiting! submitted by /u/Witty_Vast_7325 to r/h1b [link] [comments]
