Degree necessary for Applying?

I needed a little information. Can anybody please tell if I need to apply for Germany for Masters in the Summer semester, do I need the Bachelor's Degree or only Transcript could work? I'm from Pakistan and the uni would grant degree on Convocation only which is in about 2 months from now. submitted by /u/ali-7645 to r/studyAbroad [link] [comments]
