Is it possible for petition approved but online status doesn’t reflect it
Lawyer showed a screenshot of automated text from USCIS which says my case number is approved. This was two weeks ago. But when I check case status online, it still shows case is “processing”. Is it possible that online system could have that much lag? Before anyone suggests - “your lawyer should mail the I-797” … there are some issues going on between lawyer and employer.
