49K Credit Card debt help

My husband and I have 49k in credit card debt we’re trying to pay off. Most of it is on 0% interest cards, so balances are not growing. We owe $11,600 on our vehicle. Hubby makes 176k/year, I’m disabled (terminal cancer) and a stay at home mom. I don’t qualify for disability because I haven’t worked in over 10 years, the SSA denied my claim. Hubby has an HSA through work. I’ve been trying to find places in our budget to carve out money for debt payments, cutting way back on eating out, I even found a more affordable auto insurance policy. My health insurance is expensive due to my diagnosis. I have a shopping habit that I am trying to rein in. Anyway, I’d love advice on how to pay off our credit cards. I just started using Rocket Money to help me manage our finances. We live in California, btw.
