Fiance is Dual Citizen of Fully Banned and Partially Banned Countries. Will they issue K1?
My fiancée is a dual citizen of Syria and the Commonwealth of Dominica (through CBI). I know there’s a full entry ban on Syria, but Dominica is only under a partial ban, and the K-1 visa doesn’t seem to be listed.
