I just wanna feel stabe, ya know?

Growing up I never felt like I had financial stability. I know this is a really for almost everyone and im positive my story isn't the worst out there. I feel like i need to ask for forgiveness for complaining because I really am doing far better than others my age and even younger. This is just a vent but if you have any advice It would be appreciated. My mother insisted that I don't get a job in highschool. I really pushed for it my senior year and whenever she saw or hear me mention I was job hunting she'd tell me to ask her for whatever I needed. She wanted me to focus on my studies and while I took her word for it I deeply regret it now. I've always had financial anxiety as most kids of low income homes do. I had wanted a job so badly in highschool because I felt behind. It felt like everyone around me was working, paying phone bills, driving their own cars, paying for senior events that I would never get to go to and it sucked. I've also needed braces sense primarily school and still dont have braces even though I've told my mother about my jaw pains.
