Top Budgeting Apps for as a Beginner

I have gone to the same bank since I was 17 (Bank of America), and after a scam that left me with a negative balance in November (-249 dollars), I’m considering changing banks once this issue is resolved. I’m 24, with no previous financial issues or credit history, only a debit card, and limited job and money experience. I'm also interested in an investment/brokerage account to maximize my financial portfolio as I get older, as well as a Roth IRA, a 401k, and even a health savings account as well. Any budgeting apps for me as a beginner, just simple and to the point? Maybe even something geared toward a female demographic? submitted by /u/MathematicianOk8337 to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
