I-485 approved while abroad — returning to US without physical Green Card?

My EB I-485 was approved today while I’m outside the US on a short business trip. I departed while the I-485 was still pending and while maintaining valid L-1A status. I’m scheduled to fly back to Houston on Monday, but obviously I don’t have the physical Green Card yet since approval just happened. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has personally experienced this situation . Were you able to board the flight? What documents did you present to the airline and CBP? Did CBP process you as an LPR at the port of entry, and did you have to complete any additional form/procedure? Particularly interested in recent experiences entering through Houston or another major US airport after I-485 approval while abroad.
