Today I am an American🇺🇲🦅 Venezuelan & DACA 25 year journey.

Good afternoon, Venezuelan citizen here, former DACAer and today I became a US CITIZEN. As my immigration journey comes to an end I'd like to thank you all for all of your help throughout these years. Here's my final timeline: 2001- Arrival to America. 2012- initial DACA granted. 2014- DACA renewal. 2016- DACA renewal. 2018- DACA renewal. 2020- DACA renewal. 2022- DACA renewal. 2023- March. I-485 & I-130 application received (marriage to US citizen). 2023- April. I-485 & I-130 approved, no interview. 2025- February. I-751 received by USCIS. 2026- February. N-400 (3 Year rule) received by USCIS. 2026- July. Combo interview scheduled. (Case started moving again after 39 countries pause was lifted) 2026- August. Combo i-751 & N-400 interview done and approved. 2026- September 4th. Oath ceremony done at Kendall,FL USCIS. 🇺🇲🎈🎉 I always did all my immigration forms myself, no lawyer, no criminal record. I couldn't have done it without all of your help. Thank you very much. I registered to vote immediately after the oath ceremony, went straight to a passport office and applied for both a passport book with extra pages and a passport card. I'll change my info with the socia…
