Need suggestions: If something happened to the primary income earner in your family tomorrow, how prepared would your family be to manage the finances?

I’m curious what people actually have in place today: Does your spouse/family know about your bank accounts, investments, insurance, loans, etc.? Do they know where important documents are? Do you maintain a written record of this information? Or is most of it simply in your head? What have you done to make sure your family can manage financially if you are suddenly unavailable? submitted by /u/CallmeDeepak to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
