Congressional Inquiry Submitted 10 Days Ago, Still No USCIS Update

Has anyone had experience with a congressional inquiry through Senator Jerry Moran for a pending USCIS case? My marriage based I-485 interview was completed in February 2026 and my case is still showing “Interview Was Completed and Case Must Be Reviewed.” About 10 days ago, Senator Moran’s office told me they submitted a congressional inquiry to USCIS, but I haven’t received any update yet. For anyone who has gone through this, how long did it take for USCIS to respond to the senator’s office? Did the congressional inquiry actually help move your case? Just trying to understand what kind of timeline I should expect. Kansas City FO submitted by /u/OldGoat13 to r/USCIS [link] [comments]
