Dispute denied twice, but I have proof that it was paid with another card. Now what?

Hello! I'm at a loss for next steps and would appreciate some guidance. Back in late May I took my daughter shopping, she tried to use the card on Apple Pay at the terminal. The transaction failed. It was not declined, it failed. The worker said to try again. I didn't have the physical card with me, so I pulled out my AmEx and used it to pay. My receipt shows it was paid by Amex. In June, I noticed that the charge was on my Citibank card. that's the same charge that failed at the terminal. I have a receipt showing I paid with my AmEx. I started the dispute process with Citibank, and I could not find my original receipt at the time however I did have my AmEx statement showing the charge and then I had the Citibank statement showing the charge. that is what I turned in, and they went through their process and said that I was responsible. I found my receipt took pictures, called Citibank and they said to submit the receipt, which I did. This opened another dispute, but this time the receipt was there with the date, store, exact amount, and showing it was paid with AmEx. Today I see that they've said I'm responsible again.
