I have 55K at 21. How much of it should i invest?

I’ve got around $29-30k sitting in a high-yield savings account and roughly $25k in stocks. I make about $5,500/month after tax if I don’t pick up extra shifts. Buying a house here isn’t really on my radar anytime soon, mortgage rates are around 9%, and even a small, unremarkable house runs about $700k. I already have a reliable car worth about $15k, so that’s not something I need to save toward either. I just don’t have anyone in my life who can actually advise me on how much I should be investing. I know this i pretty good for my age but i have a lot of coworkers that have been on these wages for 15 years and dont have anything in the bank. I have been investing around 2k a month in the last year submitted by /u/anon9996969 to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
