Divorce Rehab Questions

So I am going thru a divorce. Wife cheated on me, still is, etc... but she also got a DUI in June and without anyone telling me (not her or the facility) she went to California to a very expensive rehab that was out of network. Surely im not liable for this just because we are technically still married and she's on my insurance? We're talking like 100k I surely dont have. Also for whatever reason 2 of the charges are pending, but one of the ones that isn't says "your share" is 47k... which doesn't make sense to me because I've paid 12k of my 15.4 k out of pocket maximum for out of network services. So no matter what it can't be more than 3.4k right? submitted by /u/purplekermit to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
