My mom took out student loans in my name without my knowledge. I can’t pay them because she won’t give me the account password and the loans are in default.

Background/Context: I went to college out of state and graduated somewhat recently. My parents are separated. My dad was very proud of the fact that he was able to pay for my education without loans. I stopped talking to my mom sometime in college because while my dad was paying her monthly for my tuition for my first 3 semesters of college, she did not put a dime of that money nor her own towards my tuition. Instead, she bought & renovated a house (which my dad did at an extremely discounted rate, as that’s his line of work). I found out when I was unable to register for classes for my fourth semester of college, and had to take 2 semesters off because it took her that long to pay the bursar. The issue: i have a student credit card that allows me to see my credit score & details. I was playing around with it because I was confused about why my score is declining so much and so fast. I saw 3 loans totaling to ~$10K. I called the service - turns out they are a student loans servicer through FSA and informed me that I had student loans.
