NZ Student Visa Financial Proof – Is ₹50L Unsecured Loan + ITRs Enough?

Hi everyone, I’m planning to apply for a New Zealand student visa and would really appreciate advice from people who have recently gone through the process. My profile: BTech Mechanical Engineering Applying for MEng Mechanical Engineering (120 points), University of Waikato Education loan: ₹50 lakh from IDFC FIRST Bank Loan is unsecured and in my name Currently I don’t have personal savings Father + sister: 3 years of ITRs, combined annual income around ₹12 lakh The loan + family income will be my main financial evidence My main concern is the unsecured private-bank education loan and having no personal savings . Has anyone recently received a New Zealand student visa with a similar profile, especially with an unsecured education loan? Did INZ ask for additional proof of loan repayment/source of funds? I’m specifically looking for recent experiences . Thanks! submitted by /u/Specialist_Drink_997 to r/studyAbroad [link] [comments]
