When is it time to get rid of a vehicle?

So I drive a 2010 Prius with about 224k miles on it. I only drive about 4k miles as year, besides the couple months I tried out Uber. So I maybe spend about $500 year on gas. Insurance is about $120mo for full coverage. Which is something else I don't know about. Should I switch to liability only? I do tow my boat and that was the only reason I could really think of. (Yes with a Prius) So, I need tires either later this year or early spring. That's going to be about $600. Couple days ago, I found out my hybrid battery is failing again. That's going to be about $2,000. My car is also around the mileage that the Brake Actuator and then the AC Compressor fail. $2,000~ each. So I pretty much need $2,600 worth of work, really soon. Then maybe $4,000 in a year or so... Hopefully. I just replaced the head gasket for about $400, 1-2 months ago. I'm looking online for a replacement and honestly, anything at $10,000 or under doesn't look very good, at all. Like it will be a problem vehicle, like mine currently is. I see mine online for basically what I paid for it, 9~ years ago and 60k~ miles ago. This is ridiculous... I feel like I should just keep on doing these "little" repairs to it and…
