ustraveldocs website navigation question

Its been a while since I had to make a appointment. I have a question which I am thinking some of you might know the answer to. I submitted ds 160, filled the application form on us travel docs, paid the fee and then I see this. Its presumably because of there being no appointments, right? If/when one opens up, it would show up here, correct? I ask because I saw some screenshot when people were showing a calendar there.
