How do I find a tax advisor for a complicated tax situation?

Ok, so, basically, my husband and I have pretty messy taxes and I'm trying to find someone who can look at the whole situation and help us do what we need to do correctly, because both of us are anxious about taxes but from different directions. I don't think we need a financial advisor, as they're described, because we're happy with where our investments are and who's managing them and that seems like the primary purpose of a financial advisor? We do, however, need help with taxes because our current person who's doing them is not good at explaining what we should be doing and is honestly pretty condescending when we ask questions. The situation is: I made $9K in 2025, with my income coming from mostly 1099 income, with around $3K coming in between two different K-1s. This is pretty normal for me, though the K-1 income is usually a bit lower, this year was a nice surprise. I've had 3 years of my adult life where I've made more than that, and never more than $40K. My profession is pretty artsy and I basically lived in a van for a lot of my 20s and got by on labor trades (did a lot of wwoofing, for example) and the little bit of income I did make.
