RFE help

hi all! i have a question re: RFE response. my husband submitted my concurrent i-130 and i-485 filing in late May and receipt notices produced June 1st. 3 weeks later he lost his job. we received an RFE for i-864 due to not adding his 2025 taxes which weren’t processed yet. my question is, if i resubmit the i-864 + 2025 taxes my husband earned about 60k before the layoff and is receiving unemployment benefits as well as VA benefits. this should total to 80-85k for the year as his unemployment benefits will end in January. can i add this as his income? we are unable to find a joint sponsor and i’m really scared about being denied. my husbands income for 2025 taxes is over 100k as well. help! 🥲 submitted by /u/anisapizza to r/USCIS [link] [comments]
