Need opinion. My wife is the petitioner and I’m the beneficiary, currently in the U.S. and in removal proceedings. USCIS scheduled a standalone I-130 interview, and the notice doesn’t say both must attend. My attorney said my wife can go alone. Anyone had a similar experience?
