Living with parents and feeling hopeless

Let’s just get this straight from the start… Im 34 female and I have never moved out of my parents. I always had jobs making under $20 an hour. I was not wise with my finances and picked up credit card debt when high financial emergencies came up. I have about $6,500 in credit card debt, $10k in student loans which are defaulted and about $6k in medical debt. Current medical debt is $2k and $4k is in collections. I want to go back to school for nursing to be able to provide a better life for myself but since my student loans are in default, I cannot take out student loans until I pay $6303 off. I make $52,250 before taxes and insurance. I bring home around $3k a month which is being used to pay my normal bills and expenses and debt. I have very little margin and that goes into a savings account (which has $600 in it) I am also a massage therapist and do make around $240-$600 a month doing that. But it can be unpredictable. Even after I pay off my debt (besides student loans) I will only have a margin of $1k, not including massage income due to unpredictability.
