Does BMO steal money from customers now?

I did have money in my BMO account. Now I log in and get this cheerful little message: “Nothing to see here! You don't have any accounts to show or hide.” Which is interesting, because I received my salary there just a few days ago, and BMO was perfectly happy to receive the money. Same thing in the app and on the website, across different browsers and different computers. Apparently my account has achieved enlightenment and ceased to exist. Chat support doesn't work since I "don't have any accounts". I called support, but evidently BMO doesn't care to help people whose money it has (or had) until Monday. Unfortunately, I need access to my money before Monday. Silly me. I'm moving to another bank as soon as I recover the money BMO has vanished. And this isn't even my first delightful experience with them. BMO has screwed me over several times by blocking my card at night, with absolutely no way to unblock it until the next morning, when someone finally condescends to help after what I can only assume is a leisurely cup of coffee.
