Can I return with existing H1b visa stamp if I go for a new H1b stamping and am placed on administrative processing?
Been hearing a lot that almost everyone is getting placed on AP when going for a visa stamping. Especially since i have a history of AP, am expecting that to be the case but wondering if I can return with my existing valid visa stamp while that processing occurs or if it will get cancelled immediately when I go into my appointment? submitted by /u/tvrope to r/h1b [link] [comments]
