EAD (I-765) delay affecting state government job start date — any tips to speed things up?

Hi all, I have a confirmed job offer from a state department agency and my start date is coming up soon, but my EAD is still pending. I already upgraded to premium processing to try to speed things up. I also uploaded my offer letter in the additional documentation section of my case, hoping it helps show urgency. https://preview.redd.it/g8hatoyd7vkh1.png?width=1018&format=png&auto=webp&s=3551af037d516cbec5754b9c6e988bf7ac0476c3 Has anyone had success getting things moving faster in a similar situation? Would an expedite request even apply here, or is premium processing really the only lever I have at this point? Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated 🙏 submitted by /u/zzaprince to r/f1visa [link] [comments]
