i have pending aos marriage based. i over stay my b2 visa because of my soon ex husband. using my saving while i’m not able to work here. also paid half the rent in the beginning of our relationship. he never give me any money. he asked me to use my savings for my expenses. we married for almost 4 months. he just very manipulative and fake his personality to marry me. there was time when he threatened me to kill himself if i leave, hit tables, hit his face, grab my phone/my body when we argue.
