Looking for some honest advice

I’m getting to know someone, and we genuinely like each other. There is a possibility this could move toward marriage, and she has also told me there is something important she wants to talk to me about. During my own due diligence, I came across a criminal case from her past. From what I understand, she ultimately pleaded guilty to misdemeanor arson charges, received a suspended sentence, and years later the court vacated the convictions because her attorney had failed to advise her about the collateral consequences of the plea. The case was subsequently dismissed with prejudice. I’m trying not to judge someone solely based on their past. Everyone deserves a second chance, and people can make mistakes, learn, and move forward. At the same time, I’ve spent the last 10 years building my life and career in the U.S. I’m currently on H-1B with an approved I-140, while she is a Green Card holder and is on her path toward citizenship. If we eventually marry, our immigration situations could become intertwined, so I want to be responsible and understand whether there could be any unexpected consequences for either of us.
