RFE for biometric : H1b extension for same employer/role
H1b extenion application submitted to Vermont Uscis Center on 23rd July. 28 July: Received Notice 11 Aug : Rfe for biomteric (but website status still shows processing) 20 Aug: Laywer informed about RFE (Website still showing processing on receipt status) Background I did get my visa prudentially revoked in Dec 25 though my visa stamp was renewed in March 2025. And i did have a run in with police in 2023 Jan. Got community service and a fine. Case was closed by early 2024. Last H1b extension was filed in 2024 feb and it was smoothly approved.
