Venezuelan in removal, USCIS green card approved in 3 months 25 days. 🇻🇪❤️
Holy. Shit. is all i have to say right now. My (us citizen 25f) husbands (25m) green card got approved today at 5pm. I am at a loss for words and incredibly grateful. Columbus FO. With the previous pause and our case issues we had mentally prepared for a very long road ahead and behold, he gets approved in 3 months? I do not even know what to say, genuinely we’ve just been speechless. Timeline: Filed I-130 + I-485: April 27, 2026. Biometrics: May 16, 2026. Interview scheduled: July 13, 2026. Interview: August 21, 2026. I-130 approval: 8AM I-485 approval: 5PM 💖 In removal proceedings (defensive asylum, one master hearing in) Revoked CBP one parole, legal entry, no criminal history. Work w/o authorization. We got married 6 months ago. Been together 1.6 years. We sent a lot of evidence. We had a GREAT attorney throughout the entire process and if we didn’t have her I don’t think we would’ve had this outcome. We had a “paralegal” royally fuck up his asylum, like I mean he was forging signatures, completely messing up dates and names, and changing court venues without our knowledge. So our attorney has to explain to the officer that we got scammed, and we showed the officer our proof.…
