Need help with choosing 401a/retirement funds

Hi! I am currently doing onboarding for my new job with the state. This is my first "official" job, so it's my first time navigating these things. I am 23, and only have a RothIRA right now. My new job has a pension, but also has an automatic/required 401a and an optional 457. The 401a is with Empower, and they gave me this form for fund options. I have been looking hard online, but I am unable to find exactly where I can get the expense ratios for all these funds? They aren't in the packet HR gave me. They also offer something called "My Total Retirement," where they would choose the funds for me. After doing some research online, I heard that the fees were pretty high which is why I thought I should just choose my own below from the list. I added a photo below! I am also curious if having a 457 is worth it as well. Having 3 different accounts is a bit overwhelming for me, so happy to learn more. 401a options: https://imgur.com/a/HZwb6lp submitted by /u/Defiant_Ad_3036 to r/personalfinance [link] [comments]
