F1 visa day trading

Hi everyone, I used robinhood to frequently day trading started from June 26 2026, which on June 4, the trading rule apply that there wont be any day trade flag on broker account. But what is the risk of this, will IRS see my trades and tell USCIS to investigate my trade which potentially terminate my visa.
