Category: Marriage-Based AOS Visa: K-1 FiancΓ©(e) Visa Forms filed: I-485 + I-765 SSN: Applied for concurrently πŸ“… MY TIMELINE: πŸ“¦ Mar 29 β€” Mailed AOS packet (I-485 + I-765) πŸ“„ Apr 1 β€” USCIS received I-485 + issued receipt notice 🧬 Apr 29 β€” Biometrics completed πŸ“‹ Apr 30 β€” I-485 actively reviewing; nothing outstanding πŸ“† Jun 26 β€” Interview was Scheduled πŸ’’ Jul 27 β€” Interview Day πŸŽ‰ Jul 28 β€” I-485 approved! πŸ’³ Aug 1 β€” Card produced πŸͺͺ Aug 4 β€” SSN received πŸ’š Aug 8 β€” Physical green card received! My I-765 (EAD) is STILL showing: β€œUSCIS is currently processing your case.” So my I-485 got approved and my green card arrived before my EAD was ever approved.
