Question about Chase SWIFT/FED/CHIP ID format — does it contain transaction date information?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to understand the format of a Chase wire transfer confirmation and was hoping someone familiar with Chase, Fedwire, SWIFT, or wire processing could help. I have a Chase transaction details page for an outgoing wire transfer. The document shows: Status: POSTED Type: Outgoing wire transfer SWIFT/FED/CHIP ID: 0806MMXXXXXXXXXXXX Related references: BOH OF 26/08/03 I’m asking because this document is being used in a dispute and I’m trying to verify the timing of the transfer. I have concerns that the “Related references” date has been altered. A few questions: Does the SWIFT/FED/CHIP ID format contain any date information? Could the leading “0806” indicate a date (for example August 6), or is it simply part of a reference identifier? Does the “Related references” field (in this case 26/08/03 ) normally represent the wire initiation date, posting date, or something else? Is “BOH” a standard Chase reference indicating the payment channel (e.g., branch vs online)? Is this type of transaction-detail page something that can be edited/exported with fields hidden, or would the displayed fields normally come directly from Chase? Thanks in advance submitted by /u/hamhoble…
