H1-B from 2025 still pending approval

Hi, I got stuck because company attorney didn't respond to RFE on time. They decided to respond the week of the partially pause, even though I provided everything they asked first week of November. We paid pp in April 8th 2026, was notified of refund July 30th, still not updated. No response from congressional inquiry. USCIS would communicate with me.
