Pre-4/27 Submitters Receiving Another FTA0 Code on Their Forms (API) Recently?
March 21 submitter here, my bios were on 4/7 and literally a few hours after that visit, I received 2 FTA0 event codes on my I-821D and 1 on my I-765. Last API movement on 6/16. Still waiting for approval. Question: Can someone smarter than me try to explain why some of us pre-4/27 filers are seeing the FTA0 code just now, either for first time or yet again? Need more data points to see if their first time or a 2nd or even 3rd event code... My thinking is perhaps that new post-4/27 enhanced background check we needed to be re-run through is finally being completed??
