How long is CR1 taking now?

My husband is a US citizen and I am a Taiwanese citizen. I haven't found much recent information regarding the CR1 timeline specifically for Taiwanese applicants. We submitted our petition in July and understand that I-130 approval generally takes 10 to 14 months. Are other recent applicants experiencing similar processing times?
